TCAP testing starts this week, and it’s so important for students to be at school every day! Being present ensures you don’t miss valuable testing time and gives you the best opportunity to show what you’ve learned all year.

When you’re at school, you stay on track, reduce stress from make-up testing, and perform at your best. Every day counts—your effort and attendance truly make a difference!

Hardin County Schools will observe Spring Break from March 27 through April 3. There will be no school during this time. Classes will resume on April 6.

Summer Learning Camps at East Hardin and HCHS

On Monday, March 9th, the Hardin County School Board appointed Stephen Johnson as the new Director of Schools for the Hardin County School system. Johnson will lead the district in overseeing educational programs, operations, and strategic initiatives across all schools in the system. The board expressed confidence in Johnson's qualifications and vision for supporting student success and community engagement throughout the district.
